Thursday’s Gent Prefers Peter Werth.

shoesSMLCyril Connolly once described autumn as ‘Fallen leaves lying on the grass in the November sun bring more happiness than the daffodils.” And I have to say I couldn’t agree more.

Although for me autumn is my favourite season because of Autumn Wardrobe. Filled with earthy or dark tones such greens, browns, dark grey, purple and even a splash of navy.

Known for its elegant tailoring and effortless style, I don’t think Peter Werth has ever disappointed me.

This season my must piece,  from Peter Werth has to be these gorgeous Brown Theberton Flat Fronted Trousers, team it with a crisp white shirt.

Don’t forget what I said about earthy tones,  the Olive Bury Four Button Breasted Blazer is perfect and goes very well with brown trousers.

My weakness has to be a good belt and a good pair Brogues and I have to say these well crafted Turnmill  Brogues, which are definitely going to be added to my rather large collection of Brogues and of course the Alwyne Tan Woven Belt.

Finally no look would be complete without a bag, and in this case this fabulous  Bletsoe Black Briefcase.

I’m sure that if Cyril Connolly was alive today even he would agree and say Thursday’s Gents do indeed prefer Peter Werth.
